Freelancers or Translation Agencies

Where should you look? Should you choose a translation agency with proven track records or go for freelance translators? This page outlines the pros and cons of agencies and translators. I'm not a shameless self-promoter, so don't expect me to say freelancers are much better than agencies. They both have their advantages and disadvantages. It's up to you to decide.
